How many wedding events would any person throw in a year? or even in decades? it’s the once in a lifetime event that you definitely want to be the perfect yet the magical night.
Starting from the venue, the food, the decoration, the wedding dress, the videographers, the photographers, the master of ceremony to the Dj and how the event’s formalities are to be organised and properly announced.
It is certainly a stressful journey and the stress starts from the moment you choose your wedding’s date and you start your research for the best quality providers in the market, compare the quotes, meet up and discuss, book-in, follow-up, etc…
However, after all that’s been complete, your big day will literally be long. Your preparations will start from the early morning with the hair dresser, the makeup artist, the dress, the decoration the guests, the photos, the ceremony, until you find yourself in the reception at the end of that day in front of the big doors where all of your guests are waiting to see that big moment where you enter with your partner, whom will be interested about how that night is going to be!
Imagine after such a long exhausting day you are standing in front of the big entry door worrying about the announcements, the synchronisation of the providers and most importantly if the music’s vibe will be good enough to entertain everyone inside that room, and if the Dj will be able to properly read and move the crowd and keep the dance floor packed.
If the music is not right, all of your efforts in chasing the best providers to choosing the right venue and to all the details you have been working on will go in vain. Being disappointed at that moment will be a little too late.

Let’s explain the Dj in an easy way; Imagine you would want to hire a photographer, would it be enough for someone to recommend him to you as “he’s the best in the business” without you meeting him in person, knowing his personality and accomodating he can be, yet without checking his work? Any person can own a camera but that doesn’t make him a professional and experienced in shooting the right moment with the proper camera settings, which would make the photo truly breathtaking. It’s almost the same thing with the Dj, here’s how…
The Dj is a big package consisting of a personality, equipment, experience, and knowledge in the music, especially when it comes to ethnic music and not just English (music for a certain background community group or multicultural).
I have had some customers discussing with me their disappointment at their engagement or some other parties they threw about the music not being the right vibe for the crowd, or about the failure in the equipment where the night turned into a big disaster and had to end way too early. It happened, and unfortunately it still happens.
Back to that photographer’s example, imagine hiring a photographer with a Polaroid camera for your wedding.
The equipment we provide are the flagship in the market, we only use the following premium brands:
RCF (sound system) – Pioneer standalone decks (Dj gear) – Shure & Sennheiser microphones – Chauvet party lights
We provide the package according to the reception’s volume, the number of guests and the music genre, in addition to the instrument types that require to plug-in to our sound system such as, violin, saxophone, keyboard, or a band. That’s how we accomodate for other providers and all the guests. The sound will not just be loud and clear, but it would fill up the hall carrying any load without any failure and certainly without any distortion.
Whereas for the speeches and the announcements, we also use high quality cordless microphones avoiding any sort of feedback and mic noises which can be too annoying to the ear, yet embarrassing.
Plan B is always on standby. The premium decks we use, which read the music from a laptop can also read from a backed up USB flash drive that is already plugged in and ready to be accessed if anything goes wrong with the laptop! That is beside the fact that we always have extra equipment during the event for just “in case” anything goes wrong. But all of our equipment are regularly tested and in a perfect working order. We are just the extra careful team.
When it comes to the announcements and the music, we provide a complimentary MC service with the package. That allows you to save some extra money if you don’t want to book an MC for your wedding.
We will be formally attired, we will make the announcements with a clear articulation, we will chase the other providers and have everyone ready for the formality before announcing it. For cutting the cake for example, we check with the venue that the cake is ready ask for it to be placed where it’s supposed to be, we give a heads up for the video & photography crew to be ready, as well for the fireworks. When everything is ready we make the announcement and let it be a magical moment.

The music is the most important element in your wedding. Our priority is to keep you and your guests entertained on the night, thus we focus on playing the top 40’s of all time, party anthem songs, we keep the energy uplifted as the goal is to keep the dance floor packed and everyone is enjoying their time. Unless if you recommend otherwise and would like the music to be a little different from the commercial music.
We recommend that upon booking with us, that we meet in person at our studio that’s located in Peakhurst 2210 NSW. Meeting in person with your Dj is important as it gives you an idea about the personality whom will be organising your big night, in addition to discussing the music and the event’s details. Although we will send you the DJ Itinerary for you to fill-in all the details including your favourite songs to be played on the night, it’s still important to meet up in person.
